Common issues

My widget isn't updating.

Open Little at least once after creating or editing a mat. Widgets refresh when the app is opened, backgrounded, or when you save an edit. Also check iOS Settings → General → Background App Refresh is on for Little.

I lost my purchase after reinstalling.

Open Little → Settings → Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not the app install.

Photo cutout isn't working well.

Cutouts work best with a clear, well-lit photo where your baby is the main subject. If a cutout fails, Little automatically falls back to a rounded/polaroid version of the original photo, so nothing is lost.

I want to delete my data.

Everything lives only on your device. Delete a baby profile or mat directly in the app (Settings → Manage Babies, or long-press a mat), or delete the app to remove everything at once.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Little, and cancel there. Little itself has no billing controls, and a Lifetime purchase never needs canceling.
